About Tranquil Minds

Support and stability,
so people can grow.

We're a not-for-profit Community Interest Company based in High Wycombe. We provide trauma-informed supported housing for adults rebuilding their lives after homelessness, addiction and complex experiences.

Our belief

More than a roof over your head

We believe supported housing is about far more than accommodation. It's about helping people rebuild confidence, restore relationships, improve wellbeing and rediscover hope for the future.

We support and mentor the people who live with us so they can grow and move towards healthy, independent lives — at a pace that works for them, with someone in their corner the whole way.

What guides us

Our values

Trauma-informed

We meet people with patience and understanding, recognising the experiences that brought them here.

Recovery-focused

Every routine, conversation and milestone is built around moving forward, not standing still.

Person-centred

One mistake doesn't define a person. We work alongside people, not above them.

Consistent

Daily support and welfare checks mean stability people can rely on.

Community

Shared meals, gym sessions and projects rebuild belonging and connection.

Hopeful

We show people what's possible — and celebrate every step toward it.
